Living Willow Whips & Setts

These willow whips and setts (known as rods, slips & cuttings) are suitable for planting from Dec through to March/April.

They are simply inserted into the ground where they will self-root, no digging is required with willow. This is a very vigorous and healthy variety of willow (Salix viminalis), it is very hardy and tolerant of windy, exposed and even coastal conditions.

All our willow is cut fresh to order and is sorted and graded to supply with you the best possible quality. Uses include: hedging that is cost-effective and fast growing, windbreaks, screening and Willow Structures.
