Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept card payments via PayPal. We currenty do not automatically accept orders from outside the UK. However, if you live outside the UK but within the EU and want to purchase from us, then please contact us as we endeavour to help.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will assist to resolve the issue.

You will automatically get confirmation that your order has been sent to us providing that you have clicked on the 'Order Confirmation ' button at the end of the checkout process. Once we receive your order we will check it to ensure that all items are in stock and that there are no errors in the order. We will then contact you to confirm details of the order and at this stage, in legal terms, form a contract to supply. We have included this term to protect us in case of a computer glitch, or where stock is no longer available, or where items have inadvertently been under-priced. If items are no longer available or the price varies from the original order confirmation we will contact you to confirm whether or not you wish to proceed with the order.
Shipping And Handling We will endeavour to ship your purchase by the most cost effective means possible.

International Shipping - European Union Exports

Any orders being shipped outside of the UK are done so at the recipients own risk. This will be a carrier option chosen by the customer and we will therefore not be liable for damaged or lost items and be unable to offer refunds or replacements.

It is advised that the recipient tracks and monitors the progress of exported items and make us aware of any delays or problems so we can assist in contacting the shipping company.

We are only able to offer international shipping of our trees on the agreement of these terms.
Delivery Schedule We will despatch your order as soon as possible which is normally within 7 working days.

Please be aware that most deliveries require a signature as proof of receipt and delivery companies will only attempt to deliver the package twice before returning it to us. We will charge an additional amount for subsequent delivery attempts.

A landline or mobile telephone number should be provided so that if the driver is unable to locate you, They can call for directions. This often avoids the disappointment and inconvenience of a missed delivery.

If your location is particularly difficult to find please advise us so that we can pass information on to the delivery company. It would be useful to identify anything that helps the driver find your location.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. You will be advised by email of the expected delivery date(s). If your order has not been delivered as advised then you must also inform us within two working days of the last expected delivery date so that an effectice claim can be made. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Back Orders If any items are subsequently found not to be in stock we will advise you before completing the order allowing you the choice to take delivery of the remaining items or cancelling the order.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added.
Credit Card Security When orders are placed at our website, you will be invited to pay using a PayPal account or by debit/credit card.. You will be automatically transferred to their secure payment server where a secure payment can be made. Once payment has been made you will be automatically transfered back to our website.

At no stage are credit or debit card details passed to Kings Barn Trees.

Please note, payments mayl appear on your card or bank statements as PayPal or KINGSBARNT or KINGSBARNTREES, as we use PayPal to handle our debit / credit card payments for us.

Guarantee All our goods come with a no quibble guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us straight away to give us the best opportunity to resolve any issues. If the trees arrive in an unacceptably poor condition do not hesitate and contact us immediately as trees are perishable items.

Because of this we can only provide a guarantee for seven days after delivery. The manufacturers guarantee will apply to non perishable items.
Privacy Policy Kings Barn Trees do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
